Join us in Key Largo, Florida
I believe self-care is our divine birthright. My vision is to create fun, safe, accessible, affirming spaces that serve to transform our culture into one of radical love, creativity, peace, presence, joy, and harmony.
Nicole Crooks
Each day starts with Yoga with Nicole overlooking the water then delicious cuban coffee or tea
Nicole Crooks is a social justice and mindfulness educator and a certified yoga instructor. Her first childhood memory is of practicing yoga with her mother as a toddler. She acknowledges that, almost fifty years later, often people who look like her are not represented in yoga classes. She believes yoga and mindfulness are for everyone! Through the years, her love of the practice has inspired her to share its transformative, healing, and liberatory power with others, especially those who have been marginalized. Much of her work centers around the holistic well-being of Black women and youth.

During the day, we’ll write to prompts, workshop stories, and talk craft.
Lunchtime…
After the lunch + a workshop, you’ll have three hours to relax, write, schedule a massage, paddleboard, fish, kayak, play ping pong, or explore the Florida Keys.
After the sun sets, we’ll gather for another round of writing and feedback .
Then we dine…
And Sing…
Be prepared for Karaoke, publishing conversations, 3-minute stories, or meditation under the stars
